I ship to the Australia, The USA, Canada, The UK and most places in Europe. All prints will be automatically shipped to the address entered upon checkout, so PLEASE make sure you have entered your address correctly. Thank you. 

As I am hand printing and packaging each print with love and care. From Start to Finish - Within NZ (5 to 7 Working Days) Australia: (5 to 11 Working Days) Rest of the World (10 to 21 Working Days) Please also be aware that these times can change wildly due to the current global pandemic. If you need them urgently please write a note on the order.

You will be emailed a tracking link once your order is picked up by our courier. International orders that select an untracked service will not receive a tracking link.

Yes, only for unframed prints. All international orders are shipped using NZ Post and may be passed on to a National carrier once in the country of destination. Australian orders are tracked and insured. The Rest of the World have the option of standard mail tracked/insured courier or untracked/uninsured courier.

We use Post Haste to ship our New Zealand orders Monday to Friday on a signature-required service, someone will need to be home to sign for the delivery otherwise a card to call will be left. If you don't want a signature-required service please leave a note in the gift message box during checkout instructing a safe place for the driver to leave your parcel i.e somewhere dry and sheltered. All international orders are shipped using NZ Post and may be passed on to a National carrier once in the country of destination. Please note if you choose this option your order is not insured if lost.

If the print arrives damaged during shipment, I will gladly send you a replacement print. Please take a photo of the damaged package and print and email it to me here with your order number and a short explanation. Thank you. :)

Unframed A4, A3, A2 prints are sent flat in a plastic sleeve with backing board between two pieces of corrugated cardboard and placed in a mailer bag or wrapped in brown paper. Unframed A1-A0 prints are rolled with acid-free tissue and brown paper and put into a tube. All framed prints are cardboard cornered, a piece of stiff card is secured over the glass then bubble wrapped and put in a custom fit box and marked with fragile tape.

The prints are printed on luxurious thick bright white fine art paper (either glossy or matte - depending on what is best fit for the individual artwork). The prints are made with 10 archival quality pigment based inks (to put this in perspective, your standard at home color inkjet printer usually has only 3 colors). These inks are guaranteed a vivid and luminous color range to preserve the look of the original artwork, and are designed to last over 200 years without fading. Lastly, I produce each print at 600dpi, which gives insanely realistic detail that is virtually indiscernible from the original artwork (compared with the more commonly used 300dpi).

Yes, the margin will vary depending on the original aspect ratio of the artwork, but there is usually at least a 1/4" margin on the left and right sides, and at least a 1/2" margin on the top and bottom edges.
